Volunteers are vital to Mind in Berkshire, helping us deliver life-changing mental health support across the county. Without their dedication, we couldn’t provide the essential services that make a real difference.

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and lived experiences. No matter your age or skill set, you can help. Plus, we offer full training and support to ensure you feel confident in your role.

If you need some extra support to get involved, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

We have a wide range of volunteering roles including:

  • Helping at our peer support groups
  • Administration support
  • Events and fundraising

If you have a specific skill that you think would help our service, or you don’t see a volunteer position that fits you, get in touch with our volunteering teams today. Together we can make a real difference in your community!

Research suggests that giving is one of the routes to mental wellbeing and happiness and I would definitely agree.
