How it works

This initiative is designed to support older residents across Wokingham through a coaching-based approach, offering regular check-ins, goal-setting support, and connection to relevant community services.

Who is suitable for the service

At Mind in Berkshire, we provide our assistance to any older person in Wokingham who may benefit from additional support with their mental wellbeing, helping them build resilience and enabling them to thrive.

How can I access this service

The Keeping in Touch programme accepts referrals from professionals only on behalf of individuals. If you are a professional who is interested in referring to Keeping in Touch Programme, please contact Age UK Berkshire directly by calling 0118 959 4242 or emailing info@ageukberkshire.org.uk. You can also visit the Age UK website to make a referral.

If the individual being referred requires any support to access this service, for example hearing loop, translator or mobility aids, please disclose this when contacting Age UK Berkshire so that appropriate support can be provided.
